Civil Division - Service Fee Information
ALL CIVIL SERVICES REQUIRE PREPAYMENT. Paperwork for civil service can be mailed to - Carroll County Sheriff's Office, P.O. Box 190, Ossipee, NH 03864. If you have an EX PARTE ORDER for service, please contact us at 603-539-2284.
PREPAYMENT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL SERVICES

It is advised that you call ahead for the correct amount of the service fee. Checks and money orders must be made payable to the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office, credit cards are accepted with a 3% transaction fee.
PERSONNEL AT THE SHERIFF’S OFFICE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DISPENSE LEGAL ADVICE.
You must have all service packets fastened together, in proper order, completely and accurately filled out prior to sending them or bringing them in for service.
You must provide the following information:
YOUR NAME, MAILING ADDRESS AND TELEPHONE NUMBER WHERE YOU CAN BE REACHED.
THE NAME AND PHYSICAL ADDRESS OF THE PERSON(S) TO BE SERVED.
In addition to providing the physical address for the person(s) to be served, include any information you have about the person(s) (i.e. date of birth, phone number, place of employment, etc.)
